Your Path to Internship at R-Shell

The internship selection at R-Shell Business Solutions takes place two weeks after the training begins. Candidates who successfully clear the evaluation phase can proceed as interns and will receive in-depth, hands-on training in their designated technology domain through a project-based learning approach.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech, MCA / BCA, M.Sc / B.Sc (CS / IT)
  • Academic Requirement: Minimum 65% in both 10th and 12th grades
  • Batch Size: Limited to 5 students per batch for personalized guidance

Internship Duration

The total internship period ranges from 4 to 6 months, comprising:

  • Initial Training: 2 to 3 months
  • Internship Phase: 2 to 3 months with an average commitment of 25 hours per week
